A legally binding employment contract with a Georgian company, signed by both parties
At least 40 days must remain before your legal stay in Georgia (e.g., visa-free period) expires
Annual company revenue must be:
– Over 35 000 GEL for educational and medical institutions
– At least 50 000 GEL for all other businesses
– At least 50 000 GEL for all other businesses
