Key Requirements for Residence Permit via IE
Your business must be active for at least 3 – 4 months
Annual turnover of 50 000 GEL or more, Minimum 16 000 GEL in your Georgian bank account
If you reach this amount within 4 months — you can apply earlie
You must have at least 40 days of legal stay remaining in Georgia at the time of application
If you employ foreign staff (including yourself as the IE)
the business must generate 50 000 GEL per person — they can also apply for a residence permit
